Manly Beach Running Club meet every morning Monday to Friday at 5:30am at Manly Beach Surf Club (see here for more info). Come along for the 60-minute session and watch the sun pop over the ocean as you run 6-7k, followed by essential core and strength training. What a great start to your day!
We have 10km, half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon training programs to help get you up and running and ready for your next race. We also offer triathlon and IronMan coaching.
Get coaching to improve your running technique, get tips on running more efficiently and work towards fitness goals, whether that’s your first 5k or ultra trail marathon.
